Terms & Conditions

• An initial free consultation will take place at your home or at the carer’s home in order to discuss your requirements and any special needs that you and/or your pet may have.
• All medication is to be clearly labelled with concise instructions.
• Should your pet become ill in your absence, veterinary attention will be sought.
• You must be able to provide proof of your dog’s vaccinations and confirm that their worming and flea treatment is up to date.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 4 weeks in advance of the booking commencement date.
• For bookings accepted with shorter notice, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
• Services for Bank Holidays will be charged at double the normal rate.
• Cheques should be made payable to Barkers Pet Services.

Cancellation Terms

If for any reason, you need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the cancellation terms are as follows:

• 2 to 4 weeks prior to booking commencement date - 50% of booking fee will be retained.
• Less than 2 weeks prior to booking commencement date - 100% of booking fee will be retained.
